You're invited to participate in an informal "Pleiades content workshop" on Friday, 20 April 2012 between the hours of 10am and noon U.S. Central Daylight Time ( find the start time in your timezone here: http://tinyurl.com/7yl5mmc ).

This is a great opportunity for aspiring beginners to get started, experienced users to hone their skills, and all parties to ask questions, make requests, and suggest improvements. If you're interested in helping improve Pleiades content, but don't have a project in mind yourself, I'll be happy to make suggestions! If you just want to learn how to download our data and use it for your own purposes, you're welcome too.

There's no need to rsvp or sign up. Just join the Pleiades Internet Relay Chat (IRC) channel at the appropriate time and let me know why you're there (my irc name is "paregorios"). Guidance on getting set up for IRC and joining our channel can be found at: http://pleiades.stoa.org/faq/26
